Are Meta Trak trackers insurance approved?
Yes. Meta Trak S5 and S7 are Thatcham-approved and accepted by major insurers of prestige and performance vehicles. We provide the installation certification your insurer needs on the day.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?
Either works — whichever suits you. We're based in West London (Holland Park, W11): bring your vehicle to our base, or we'll come to you. Mobile installation is available at your home, office or storage across London, Surrey and the Home Counties.
Which tracker does my vehicle need — S5 or S7?
It depends on your vehicle's value and your insurer. Higher-value cars usually require S5 (with ADR driver tags); S7 may satisfy other policies. We confirm exactly what your insurer needs during your free assessment.
Should I add an immobiliser as well as a tracker?
We recommend it. A tracker recovers your vehicle if it's moved; an immobiliser (Meta Trak S5 Deadlock, Scorpion X or Autowatch Ghost II) stops it being driven away in the first place. Together they give the strongest, insurance-recognised protection.
